USA – FOSTA / SESTA
Last Updated: June 21, 2026
AllEscorts is a European platform operated for European audiences in jurisdictions where its activity is lawful. This page sets out, clearly and unambiguously, our position regarding the United States and U.S. law — in particular the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) and the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA).
What FOSTA / SESTA is
FOSTA/SESTA is United States legislation under which the U.S. government may seek to hold websites and their operators liable for user-generated content. It applies to activity connected to the United States.
Our position: no connection to the United States
AllEscorts does not operate in, target, or have any connection to the United States. To be explicit:
- We do not operate, and have never operated, in the United States.
- We do not offer, publish, or make any service available in the United States.
- We do not work with, contract with, or knowingly do business with United States persons, whether as users, advertisers, partners, or in any other capacity.
- We do not target, market to, or solicit users or advertisers located in the United States.
- We have no establishment, staff, servers, or operations in the United States.
- We have no intention, now or in the future, of operating in the United States or working with United States persons.
In short: we do not touch anything American. The platform is not directed at the United States, and the United States is outside the scope of the service we provide.
